Beverage pairing ideas are shown for each piece:  = red wines   = white wines  = sparkling wines (try a Cava, Prosecco or Sparkling Rose)​  = Craft Beers   = Bourbon/Whisk(e)y

Caramels:

*Zak's Caramel (chewy style light caramel in dark chocolate shell)  

*Dark Caramel (gooey style dark caramel in dark chocolate shell) 

*Bourbon Caramel (gooey style dark caramel in dark chocolate shell; made with local Adventurous Stills Peralta Bourbon) 

Nuts:

*Hazelnut Crunch (house roasted, lightly caramelized hazelnuts)

*Pistachio Crunch (house roasted, lightly caramelized pistachios - our twist on a classic) 

*Peanut Butter Cups (made with local PB Americano

Ganache Center (like a truffle inside) Flavors:

Simply Chocolate (our international award-winning chocolate truffle) 

Cinnamon Plum (featured in "Eat This Not That" - just the right balance between delicate cinnamon and dark fruit - try it with a Syrah or Zin) 

Mocha (made with locally roasted Bergies coffee

Toasted Coconut (infused w/ organic coconut for full flavor without the pieces) 

Blackberry Cardamom (a magical blend of blackberry and complex spice - try it with your boldest red wine) 

Earl Grey Lavender (deep chocolate from the black tea infusion with a refreshing lavender finish) 

Raspberry (raspberry puree blended into our chocoalte ganache - a classic!) 

Raspberry Green Tea (a softer raspberry flavor than our Raspberry)

Chocolate Mint (infused with organic peppermint leaves for a fresh flavor) 

Belize 70% Dark Chocolate (deep, dark chocolate bonbon made with our single-origin Belize chocolate - it has a surprising naturally sweet finish) 

Ginger Tangerine (balanced ginger and citrus flavor without a bite) 

AZ Queen Bee Honey (w/pure local honey from a real beekepperAZ Queen Bee

Prickly Pear (AZ prickly pear cactus nectar; slightly tangy, floral red fruit) 

Available separately from our online store (sorry, these cannot be added to boxes of chocolates):

* Caramel Pecan Turtles (Zak's caramel with locally sourced Arizona pecans from NutSack Foods). Turtles available in boxes of 6 or 12 or individually. Sorry, cannot be added to boxes of chocolates

* Chocolate Covered Orange Peel (available separately in packages of 12 strips)

* Bark Bites - available in Dark Chocolate with Salt, Dark Chocolate w/Mixed Nuts and Dark or Milk Chocolate w/Almonds (nuts locally sourced from NutSack)

*Hibiscus Caramel (soft caramael infused with blue hibsicus petals for a natural sweetness) 

*Rose Caramel (chewy style, sweet & floral; rose petal infused caramel) 

*NEW - Gooey Caramel Pecan - a dark caramel w/ Arizona pecans crumbled throughout 

*Cacao Nib Caramel (Our Good Food Awards Winner is a chewy style light caramel in dark chocolate shell with cocoa nibs inside for a soft, nutty crunch) 

Blood Orange (for lovers of this classic flavor combo - bold orange flavor with chcoolate) 

Ginger Lime (soft lime flavor, the "bite" is tamed by a touch of ginger) 

Tropical Blackberry (we take blackberris to the tropics with lychee & passion fruit for a bright & tangy flovor) 

Orange Rosemary (another twist on classic orange and chocolate, this piece is infused with fresh, locally grown rosemary) 

Yuzu Lemongrass (an infusion of locally grown lemograss takes the edge off yuzu, this piece has mild citrus and herbal notes) 

Caramelized Pineapple (for more adventourous foodies, try this dark chocolate bonbon with aromatic white wines) 

Cacao Praline (caramelized cacao nibs ground in dark chocolate)

Passion Fruit (bright, tangy passion fruit puree blended into our chocolate ganache) 

Mango (rich mango flavor) 

Cayenne Mango (rich mango flavor and just a touch of local cayenne pepper)

Blueberry (tastes just like chocolate covered blueberries)

Peach Blossom (soft peach notes add a touch of spring to this piece)

Crispy Rice in Dark Chocolate (organic, gluten free brown rice - a thicker, much better version of that big brand crunch from your childhood)
